We have been with IDAY since its very first day of operation, and Ethan and his team have been an incredible source of support that we can always rely on. The genuine care, compassion, and professionalism we receive feels less like a service and more like the support you would expect from family and close friends.

What sets IDAY apart is their commitment to always putting their clients' best interests before their own. My children see the IDAY team as part of our family, and the meaningful relationships they have built with their support workers will have a lasting impact on their lives for years to come.

There are many organisations that claim to care about their participants, but I can confidently say that IDAY truly lives up to that promise. Over the past 20 years of raising a child with a disability, I have worked with many different organisations, and none have come close to the level of care, support, and dedication we receive from IDAY.

Knowing that my children are surrounded by positive role models and mentors who genuinely care about their wellbeing gives me complete peace of mind. I am deeply grateful for everything the IDAY team has done for our family.

We’ve been supported by Inspiring Disabilities and Youth for the past four years, and I’m very grateful for the care they’ve provided to my 17-year-old son.

The team has always treated him with kindness, respect, and genuine patience, taking the time to understand him and support his growth in a way that feels personal and meaningful. He’s become more confident and independent since being with them, and that’s been really important for us as a family.
